One-Two Bedroom Vacation Rental Policies

 

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 61 days or more in advance of your check-in-date your deposit, minus $100.00 administration fee, will be refunded.  If you cancel 60 or less days in advance of your check-in-date, a refund is only possible if the casita is rebooked for your scheduled rental dates.  However, you also have the option to rebook your vacation within one year and use your deposit.  Rescheduling excludes dates between December 20 – March 15.

 

DAMAGES: We understand “things happen” and we do make allowances for minor damages.  A security deposit of $200 is charged.  It will be fully refunded if no damages has occured to our property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
