Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. 
Early check in may be possible by prior arrangements only. 
Policies:​
  1. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 91 days or more in advance of your check-in-date a refund minus 15% administration fee will be made.  If you cancel 90 or less days in advance of your check-in-date, a refund is only possible if the Casita is rebooked for your rental dates.  However, you also have the option to rebook your vacation within one year and use your deposit.  Rescheduling excludes dates between December 20 and March 15. 
  2.  DAMAGES: We understand “things happen” and we do make allowances for minor damages.  A security deposit of $200 is charged. It will be fully refunded in provided no damage has occurred to our property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
  3. Please send your 50% deposit.  As soon as I receive your 50% deposit. I will send you a receipt and provide you with directions to the rental property.
